    Train with a small group of women also going through peri-menopause, with coaching tailored to your personal needs.

  4. Personalised Program via App
    Stay on track outside of sessions with a program designed just for you.

  5. Monthly Progress Reviews
    Regular check-ins to monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
