Nurtured Movers is a low-impact, glute-and-core-focused fitness class blended with playful sensory stimulation to encourage baby’s development and independence. Suitable from 6 to 12 months, this class supports your next phase of postnatal strength while celebrating every roll, wiggle, and crawl.
