This service is perfect for women with some fitness experience who want to train alongside like-minded women on similar journeys. You’ll share your coach during sessions, but still receive personalised guidance, support, and accountability.

    A check-in to assess your ability and highlight areas to build on.

  3. Tailored Semi-Private Training Sessions

    Train in a small group setting, with coaching that’s still tailored to your individual goals and ability.

  4. Custom Training Program via App

    Get a personalised plan to follow between sessions, so you stay on track.

  5. Monthly Progress Reviews
    We’ll check in, celebrate progress, and update your program as needed.
